“Open Courtyards Rome” is a spring event which allows once a year to visit historical private palaces otherwise closed to public; the event is held thanks to the Italian Association of Historical Houses (ADSI – Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane). So on Sunday May 24th, 2015, those in Rome will have the chance to explore hidden courtyards and gardens that usually just their lucky owners can enjoy.
Most of these special properties are located in the hearth of the Eternal City, and will be open on this occasion from 10 am to 7 pm. Entry is free of charge, including guided tours at the presence of the owners as well.
